The authority will be seeking for interested organization to bid for an opportunity to join a one supplier framework agreement for the provision of key holding services, security services, mobile patrol services, locking/unlocking services and all related services.
The framework agreement will be for four years with no option to extend and call off will be via direct award.
The framework will be a one supplier framework.
