Management of contractors removing licensed asbestos containing materials as and when required. Options; At the time of tendering, the likelihood of the introduction of heating options is unclear. As such contractors will not be required to price this aspect and it will not form part of the tender evaluation. Should the option be introduced in part or in full, it will be on the basis that Elim and the contractor reach an industry benchmarked, value for money pricing arrangement. Options will be included entirely at Elim’s discretion and may include some or all of the options

Area 1: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, N. Somerset & South Wales and a registered traveller site in Bath

Area 2: Gloucestershire, with ten (10) units in Stroud and single units in Cirencester and Cheltenham.

Contractors may tender for one or both Lots.

Contractors may tender just for Lot 1, Area 1, may also tender for Lot 2 Area 2 Gloucestershire and may tender for both Lots.
