This notice is being issued by Hillhead housing association (HHA) on behalf of Hillhead housing association, Antonine housing association (AHA), Arklet housing association and Partick housing association (PHA) who have successfully partnered on a number of initiatives since 2005.

The service is for the provision of tenancy support services for HHA, AHA, ARKLET and PHA to be known hereafter as “the Associations”.

Our respective housing management teams have carried out an assessment of all current tenants and identified those that are in greatest need of additional tenancy support and the nature of their issues which include at least one or a combination of the following:

— Mental ill health with extreme vulnerability.

— Substance misuse with chaotic lifestyle.

— Extremely poor housekeeping.

— Physical or Learning Disability.

— Serious Anti-social behaviour.

— Serious arrears.

— Poor physical health.

The procurement process that HHA are using is the ESPD attached via Section E. Global Question for All Selection Criteria. The criteria on the ESPD are PASS or FAIL. You will pass the ESPD Global Questions by completing and meeting all the criteria a set out in the contract notice and below. If you fail to provide all the required and requested information as below you will FAIL the ESPD and in turn the Tender Requirements and you will be disqualified from the tender process.
