Temporary Access
Concerns over the steepness of the temporary access have been raised. The enabling works contractor used Hanson Ready Mix Concrete https://www.hanson.co.uk/en/ready-mixed-concrete-pembroke
They managed to provide suitable vehicles for this site. Other 6 and 8 wheel vehicles were able to enter site also (20 tons). It is recommended that a rep should visit if any concerns remain.

Interior Doors and wardrobes
Issues have been identified with the veneer supply. For this reason the client has agreed to supply the interior veneered doors and bedroom veneered wardrobes for this project. Please price for fitting these items into contractor pre-prepared openings. Painted finish doors and softwood store cupboard fit out to remain contractor supply and fit.
