GreenSquare Group Ltd is seeking a service provider for their communal grounds maintenance services in the Oxfordshire region. GreenSquare has approx. 150 sites that require grounds maintenance services between April and October and ad-hoc services (as instructed by the client) between November and March. The role of the service provider will be to ensure that the maintenance schedule is adhered to within the programmed visits as per the specification. There will also be a requirement to cover emergency call out services in the event of flooding and/or fallen tree clearance.
