A 24 hour, 7 days a week year round fully inclusive and comprehensive 3* domestic servicing, inspection and maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-out service comprising of both routine and non-routine work to be undertaken on various types of domestic heating systems across the authority’s premises, including but not limited to:
— gas/Lpg fuelled heating systems,
— oil fuelled heating systems,
— electric heating systems,
— air source heat pumps (ASHP) heating systems,
— solar thermal heating system,
— ground source heat pumps (GSHP),
— vented and Unvented Cylinders connected to gas heating sources; and
Planned and reactive installation/upgrade of various types of domestic central heating systems across the authority’s premises which will comprise of a mixture of complete systems, boiler replacements, appliance replacements and system conversions or upgrades, including but not limited to:
— gas/Lpg fuelled heating systems,
— oil fuelled heating systems,
— electric heating systems,
— air source heat pumps (ASHP) heating systems,
— vented and Unvented Cylinders connected to gas heating sources.
Other contracting authorities with the requirement for the same scope of services at premises within the same operating geography as the authority may enter into discussions with the authority with a view to entering into a contract with the appointed contractor(s).

Ceidw’r awdurdod contractio yr hawl i ddyfarnu contractau gan gyfuno’r lotiau neu’r grwpiau o lotiau canlynol:
The authority shall determine which profile of lot award demonstrates the most economically advantageous outcome for the authority, i.e. independently awarding Lot 1a and Lot 2a; or Lot 3a (combined Lot 1a and Lot 2a) and independently Lot 1b and Lot 2b OR Lot 3ba (combined Lot 1b and Lot 2b). Consequently the contract may be awarded to 1 or several contractors.
The individual lot scores will be reviewed in all possible combinations to determine the most economically advantageous tender overall. E.g. if awarding Lot 1a and Lot 2a independently produces a higher score than Lot 3a (combination lot) then the award will be of Lot 1a and Lot 2a. Conversely if the combination lot (Lot 3a) produces the better result, it will be awarded, with no award under Lots 1a and 2a. The same shall apply to Lot 2a and Lot 2b in respect of Lot 3b. The above is subject to the overriding reserved right not to award at all.
