The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years.
The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include:
i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming.
ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning.
iii Hedge-cutting.
iv Weed control.
v Leaf collection and removal.
vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts.
vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes.
viii Maintenance of hard standings.
ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates)
Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.

This framework is being procured by Guinness for and on behalf of any and all subsidiaries and entities with the Guinness group of societies and companies and who will all be entitled to conclude contracts based on this framework agreement, including but not limited to:

o Guinness Care and Support Ltd. (Company No: IP30337R)
o Any existing and future entities which are contracting authorities within the Group;
