Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of legal advice services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies.

The drivers for the development and procurement of this agreement are to:
Provide buyers with a compliant route to market for UK Law, international trade law negotiation and disputes
Offer an improved agreement for both buyers and suppliers
Provide buyers with access to high quality legal services
Achieve value for money
This agreement will ultimately replace and bring together the specialisms currently available under the live agreements:
RM6179 Legal Services
RM6204 Rail Legal Services
RM6183 Trade Law Panel
The final Lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement.
