The project incorporates the design and undertaking of the lift repairs at Cardigan & Haverfordwest Police Stations on behalf of Dyfed Powys Police.

The works consist of the repair and modernisation of two existing lift installations located at Cardigan and Haverfordwest Police Stations. The specific works relevant to each site is listed in the

specification documents.

The scheme requires the appointed Contractor to deliver the works under a JCT Design and Build contract.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, correct operation, coordination of services and installation, testing and commissioning of the works.

The site works are to be carried out whilst the police stations remain occupied and in operation.

EN 81 lift safety standards?

lift engineers, certified to work on lift

installations and modernisation (e.g., NVQ

Level 3 Lift Engineering or equivalent), to only

work on this project?

- Do you have a valid Health & Safety Policy

and evidence of compliance with LOLER and

PUWER regulations?

- Please declare that you have had fewer than

two HSE reportable incidents in the last three

years.

- Please confirm you operate quality

management procedures appropriate to the

works, compliant and certified with: Lift

Regulations 2016, ISO 9001:2015, BS EN

13015, BS 7255:2023, BS EN 81-20, BS EN

81-50.
