The admin block at St. Fagans is a listed structure from the 1980s which is attached the main building visitors centre, directly in front of the car park. The admin block is used to house the majority of Amgueddfa Cymru staff members who are based at St. Fagans. The building has not been significantly updated since it was first built.

Although the facias to the building are superficial, they have deteriorated and sometimes have been known to fall off the building. They are known to be made of asbestos. They also house bat roosts.

A protected species licence has been received. Listed buildings consent is in place, as is an Asbestos Register and Action Plan.

Participation will be via the eTender Wales platform ONLY.

Participants will need to pass the qualification section of the ITT. Suppliers failing to pass all qualification elements may be disqualified from the process, in which case their technical and commercial responses would not be evaluated.
