CTMUHB are seeking the provision of annual assessment and ongoing certification services to the Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001:2015. The scope of the organisation’s certification is to include: “The management of environmental aspects associated with the provision of healthcare and clinical services at the following sites:Prince Charles HospitalRoyal Glamorgan Hospital Princess of Wales Hospital31 Community Hospitals, Health Centres & Clinics Recertification of ISO 14001 certification services for the new certification period (3 years, from June 2026 to June 2029);

• Are you a UKAS accredited ISO 14001 Environmental Management assessment and certification service?
• Are you able to undertake the initial assessment by 29 June 2026, to ensure continuing certification against the Standard for CTMUHB as per the included specification?
• Are you able to provide ongoing customer service and support in the maintenance of certification as per the included specification?
• Are you able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in NHS Wales and in particular CTMUHB?
• Are you able to make provision to amend the certification scope during the certification period when CTMUHB organisational changes have occurred (following prior notification by CTMUHB)? Please note this provision will need to be provided at agreed pro rata rates and no claims for loss of profit, disruption of programme will be accepted as per the included specification.
