This is a two-stage procurement procedure, commencing with first stage European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) submission, including submission of supporting information, followed by the issue of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to a select list of Tenderers that meet the requirements set out in the ESPD guidance document.
Economic operators must complete the attached ESPD document in accordance with the attached ESPD Guidance and provide the supporting information required.

— economic operators will be required to confirm their management staff details and number for the last three years is commensurate with the scale and complexity of the works proposed,
— economic operators will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the requirements of the project,
— economic operators will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract any elements of the work and, if so, how they will manage these subcontractors,
— the Economic operators must hold an accredited certificate of compliance in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001 (or equivalent),
— Quality Assurance Schemes and Environmental Management Standards - Quality Management Procedures ISO 9001 (or equivalent).
