Manchester Airport will incorporate a standstill period at the point notification of the award of the contract is communicated to tenderer(s). The notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, will be for a minimum of 10 (ten) calendar days. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period.
