The proposals will need contribute towards one, more than one, or all, of the following interventions: • Enhanced support for existing cultural, historic and heritage institutions that make up the local cultural heritage offer, including improvements to access to sites to counter the effects of isolation, particularly for older people and disabled people. • Design and management of the built and landscaped environment to ‘design out crime’. • Support for local arts, cultural, heritage and creative activities. • Support for active travel enhancements and other small-scale sustainable transport infrastructure projects, in accordance with Wales Transport Strategy. • Investment and support for digital connectivity for local community facilities. We will be providing further information on the Shared Prosperity Fund delivery in Bridgend. In addition, we are seeking discussion with community organisations on potential proposals, how these could complement the Resilient Communities programme and how we can adapt the opportunity to enable submissions.
