This stage is the opportunity for interested parties to consult with Scotland Excel in relation to the upcoming framework. Scotland Excel endeavours to implement the most effective framework for both purchasers and suppliers and therefore invites suppliers to provide input in relation to the potential scope and structure of the renewal framework. The consultation will be conducted via the following survey:

This survey will remain open until Friday 9th February 2024.
All interested parties are encouraged to complete the market consultation survey and to provide as much relevant detail as possible as this is the core opportunity to feed into framework development. Scotland Excel may invite a representative group of respondents to conduct teleconference meetings.
