Adra (the Client) is seeking the works of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide Kitchen, Bathroom and Electrical works (internal) to 95 occupied properties, as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack which comprises the documents set out at paragraph 11 (“ITT”).

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
Adra aims to contribute to the development of the local economy and maximise the social value achieved via all of its activities, including procurement. Bidders who become our suppliers, contractors and service providers are expected to work in partnership with us in achieving maximum social value as part of the delivery of that specific agreement. A guide to this has been included within the tender pack.
