Ceredigion County Council is tendering a contract for Mental Health Floating Support Services (Housing Support Grant Funded). The Service can support anyone with either a diagnosis or concerns they may be experiencing Mental Health conditions, to support them to avoid the risk of homelessness, supporting Ceredigion County Council to fulfil its duty under part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

There is no restriction on the number of Lots a supplier may bid for or be awarded. Lots will be evaluated in accordance with the published evaluation criteria, and awards will be made on a Lot-by-Lot basis. Where a supplier is successful for multiple Lots, the Council reserves the right to award those Lots to a single supplier.

Lot 3 represents a combined Lot for pricing and discount purposes only and does not constitute additional service delivery beyond Lots 1 and 2.
