WBS are looking to outsource the RCI staffing review to a specialist consultancy company with extensive knowledge and expertise in Red Cell Immunohaematology Reference Laboratories and Blood Establishments. Preferably, a team of experts will be able to participate in the review and provide recommendations that will cover the defined scope listed below
