One to One Coaching Provision

We are inviting applications to tender for the facilitation of one to one coaching for delegates on the FFWS management training programme. The coaching will help delegates to embed the learning and development from the training programme, by working with them to identify and set goals and monitor progress towards these. Each delegate will be able to access up to three hours of coaching for the duration of the programme, enabling them to:

• Find time and space to discuss ideas and issues

• Formulate ideas and develop plans to move forward

• Create time to reflect on their learning

• Create an environment to explore business ideas and self-development

We are seeking a provider(s) who will facilitate coaching sessions for up to eighty delegates from the Fit for Work Management Training Programme.

We are seeking a provider(s) who will facilitate coaching sessions for up to eighty delegates from the Fit for Work Management Training Programme.

The Management Training Programme runs from February to November 2014 across Denbighshire, Conwy and Gwynedd. All coaching interventions will be completed by the end of December 2014.

We anticipate that the majority of sessions will be delivered in Conwy, Denbighshire or Gwynedd at a time and venue mutually agreeable with the delegate and provider, with a degree of flexibility required. The duration of the contract is 1st September 2014 to 31st December 2014.

Our procurement process is broken down into two stages. We will use a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) to assess the suitability of potential suppliers. Only organisations that successfully pass through this initial stage will proceed to having their invitations to tender (ITT) evaluated. Both documents need to be submitted together by the publicised deadline.
