Nature: MHA Limited, through a competitive tender wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties within the PN 21-22 – 13 Pitched Roofing and Associated Works contract property list.
• Works to include: Scaffolding, Temporary re-locate & re-site aerials and satellite dishes, Boiler shut downs by gas safe engineer and certify on completion, Demolition of existing chimneys and vent as per spec if redundant or Make good to existing, Removal of asbestos, Renewal of Roof coverings including tiles, felt and batten, Renewal of rainwater goods, Renewal of soffits, fascia’s and barge boards, Renewal of leadwork detail to high level verge, Extend gable ends, Insulation top up to eaves/cavity, Resident liaison and associated enabling and re-instatement works, Contractor is to re-fit the PV brackets & frame, Existing Solar Panels are to be removed by MHA before the contractor commences the roofing work and will be reinstated by MHA on completion.
