The works include the demolition and clearance of the following buildings/ structures;
1.Mitchell Court Residential Block
2.the Former Rhondda Cynon Taf Principal Offices
3.Single Storey Garages
Works include the grubbing up of all foundations and removal of arisings to leave a clean and clear site. The Contractor must include for all works necessary to complete his proposals and to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Local Authority, Statutory Bodies, Welsh Government and the Employer.
