Supplementary Response to Question 2
Our understanding is 20% will be valued each year, over the 5 years. But if there is a more cost-effective way to value the portfolio, that would be fine. We would expect those properties with known substantial rental changes or substantial works to be looked at, but the valuer may also have some market data to suggest certain properties may require to be valued. We do not value every property every year, for those not valued in the year, we would just take latest valuation as the fair value.
