Disgrifiad byr o'r contract neu'r pryniant/pryniannau
The scope of works will include the provision of a fully managed maintenance and cleaning services at the former Queen Elizabeth Hospital. A comprehensive list and frequency of required services can be found in Appendix B
Provision of estate services including a cleaning and grounds maintenance service.
Provision of a maintenance service to the development including responsive and planned maintenance.
Service charge budget setting and income collection.
Customer Services to residents of the development.
The development is located at the former Queen Elizabeth Hospital site located at Hackney Road in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The mixed tenure site will hand over from the developer on a phased basis from July 2017.
