Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd (‘V2C’) is the Registered Social Landlord (‘RSL’) set up specifically to own, manage and improve the homes previously owned by Bridgend County Borough Council (‘BCBC’). V2C is seeking suitably a qualified, accredited and experienced organisation (‘Supplier’) to deliver comprehensive external audit services and independent assurance of Valleys To Coast as a RSL and its on-going operations. The appointed Supplier will be required to provide an independent external audit service which meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.

The initial term contract term shall be three (3) years with the option to extend by up to two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months each.

However, in accordance the provisions of V2C’s Rules which state that the AGM shall approve the appointment of external auditors on an annual basis, the contract term set out above may be subject to change.
