The Council wishes to appoint a commercially-led multidisciplinary team to de-risk the Ryde Nicholson Road site from a planning perspective. The aim being to gain outline planning approval for the whole site and full planning approval for the required infrastructure. This should be commensurate with RIBA Stages 2-4.
