Independent Review: Registration Childcare Play and Early Years workforce
We are commissioning a review to further our understanding on how best to take forward the professional registration of the childcare play and early years (CPEY) workforce in Wales. The review will help us to
• define the childcare, play and early years workforce,
• explore how all might be included (in a registration process), and
• develop our understanding of all stages involved in a registration programme plan through learning from others.
The aim of the review is to provide an independent and objective view to inform Welsh Government actions and next steps for the professional registration of the CPEY workforce.
