Bouygues UK has been appointed to deliver the Advanced Technology Centre (ATC) for Cardiff and Vale College as part of a 119 million scheme under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM). Located near Cardiff Airport, the 12,966m² facility will accommodate almost 2,000 full and part-time learners and 215 staff. The ATC will offer flexible teaching spaces, specialist workshops, robotics and composites labs, and a Higher Education Business Centre. Work starts in June 2025 with completion due in 2027.

BYUK have secured the contract for these works and have commenced works on site. If you are interesting in submitting a tender for this works package, please make contact.
