Disgrifiad o'r nwyddau neu'r gwasanaethau sydd eu hangen
Mae partneriaeth eang o fudiadau o’r sectorau cyhoeddus a gwirfoddol ledled Cymru wedi ymrwymo i ddod ynghyd i geisio cyflwyno Un Cyfeiriadur o Wasanaethau (DoS) ar gyfer Cymru. Bydd y platfform dwyieithog, unedig hwn yn disodli cyfeiriaduron presennol (e.e. Infoengine, Dewis Cymru, GIG 111 Cymru) ac yn darparu un ffynhonnell o wybodaeth hygyrch a dibynadwy am wasanaethau sydd ar gael ledled Cymru.
Cefnogir y rhaglen gan y Chwe Nod ar gyfer Gofal Brys a Gofal mewn Argyfwng i Gymru, a bydd y comisiwn cychwynnol hwn yn hysbysu’r achos busnes dros fuddsoddiad, datblygiad a chynaliadwyedd mwy hirdymor.
Rheolir y gwaith hwn gan Femorandwm Cyd-ddealltwriaeth (MoU) a lofnodwyd gan randdeiliaid cenedlaethol allweddol fel:
• Llywodraeth Cymru
• Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru
• GIG Cymru
• Cymdeithas Llywodraeth Leol Cymru (CLlLC) ac Awdurdodau Lleol
• Data Cymru
• Cyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru (CGGC) a Chynghorau Gwirfoddol Sirol (CVCs) fel rhan o Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru (TSSW)
1.3 Diben y Comisiwn
Rydym yn chwilio am bartner i weithio gyda’r mudiadau hyn i ddatblygu sylfaen strategol graidd ar gyfer dyfodol y Cyfeiriadur. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys:
1.3.1 Gweledigaeth gyffredin a gynhyrchir ar y cyd
1.3.2 Manyleb dylunio a hysbysir gan y defnyddwyr a’r system
1.3.3 Cynllun busnes cadarn sy’n cydymffurfio â’r Llyfr Gwyrdd ac arfarniad o’r opsiynau
1.3.4 Bydd y gwaith a gyflawnir yn cefnogi penderfyniadau mewnol a chynigion cyllido yn y dyfodol.

A broad partnership of public and voluntary sector organisations across Wales have committed to coming to together in seeking to deliver a Single Directory of Services (DoS) for Wales. This unified, bilingual platform will replace multiple existing directories (e.g., Infoengine, Dewis Cymru, NHS 111 Wales) and provide a single source of accessible, trustworthy information on services available across Wales.
The programme is endorsed by the All Wales Six Goals for Urgent and Emergency Care, and this initial commission will inform the business case for longer-term investment, development, and sustainability.
This work is governed by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by key national stakeholders including:
• Welsh Government
• Public Health Wales
• NHS Wales
• Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) and Local Authorities
• Data Cymru
• Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA), County Voluntary Councils (CVCs) as part of Third Sector Support Wales (TSSW)
1.3 Purpose of the Commission
We are seeking a partner to work with these organisations to develop the core strategic foundation for the future DoS. This will include:
1.3.1 A co-produced shared vision
1.3.2 A user- and system-informed design specification
1.3.3 A robust Green Book–compliant business plan and options appraisal
1.3.4 The resulting work will support internal decision-making and future funding proposals.
