Crynodeb
The Supplier will support Social Care Wales to strengthen its Digital Front Door by developing the skills and confidence of product owners. This will be achieved through tailored training, facilitation, and practical guidance to encourage a shift towards collaborative, outcome-focused ways of working with digital teams.
The work includes delivering an initial co-design phase, a hands-on training session, a follow-up reflection workshop, and a final report with insights and recommendations. Throughout, the Supplier will provide tools and techniques to help embed sustainable product ownership practices, improve alignment between business and digital teams, and support the delivery of user-centred digital services.
