Crynodeb
The aim of this procurement is to appoint a single Supplier to provide a range of software products.
The Supplier shall provide a range of services related to those products purchased through the agreement, including but not limited to:
•Pre-sales advice relating to products available through the Call-off Contract;
•Ongoing, pro-active advice on software products;
•Asset management services for products purchased through the Call-off Contract; and
•Additional services, which are required for the delivery of Software purchased through this Call-off Contract. This includes but is not limited to:
•Application proof of concept, integration, deployment and management;
•Implementation services; and
•Training services.

The aim of this procurement is to appoint a single Supplier to provide a range of software products.

Please note this Call-Off Contract has been procured and awarded in compliance with the procedures set out within the Framework Agreement Reference: All Wales Framework Agreement for Supply of IT Products and Services (ii), Reference NPS-ICT-0094-19. Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”), a contracting authority is not required to issue an award notice for Call-Off Contracts awarded using frameworks agreements. However the Welsh Government has undertaken to voluntarily comply with the transparency requirements set out in Welsh Procurement Policy Note (WPPN) 02/22 and is publishing this notice accordingly.
