Bangor University seeks to procure a professional industrial cleaning service to support the safe, hygienic, and compliant operation of university accommodation, operational buildings, and specialist spaces.
The contract will ensure:
• High quality cleaning standards
• Compliance with Welsh and UK legislation
• Continuity of service and minimal disruption
• Safe working practices and consistent staffing
• Responsiveness to operational needs across the academic year

• Reactive / ad hoc deep cleaning
• Reactive / ad hoc specialist cleaning
• High-level cleaning
• Post maintenance cleaning
• Biohazard cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Ducting, fittings and kitchen deep cleaning
• Flood and fire damage restoration
