Contract award notice for conclusion of provision of PET CT scanning capacity. This is the final intention to award notice as part of the competitive process. The standstill will end on midnight 06/07/2026. <br/><br/>This award is for a new service, and a new provider, intended to award between 31/03/2027 - 01/04/2029 with a possible extension of 1 year to 31/03/2030. <br/><br/>All details regarding award criteria can be found within the tender documents. Award Criteria was split as -<br/><br/>Commercial - 30%<br/>Technical - 60%<br/>Social Value - 10%

his is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 06/07/2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.<br/><br/>Representations can be made to Razib.Riaz@uhb.nhs.uk.<br/><br/>There were no declared conflicts of interest, the key criteria were weighted to select a supplier who provided the greatest value for money in a high level of patient scans with a high quality of service and reporting. All criteria can be found in the tender documents.
