The aim of the service is to provide a community based social prescribing service, delivered across South Tyneside, aimed at people with COPD or Diabetes.
The service is to commence from 1.5.2019 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group who wish to commission A Better U Coaching Service for the South Tyneside locality
The aim of the service is to provide a community based social prescribing service, delivered across South Tyneside, aimed at people with COPD or Diabetes.

NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential bidders.
