HSHA is limiting the number of lots that each contractor can bid for. We are looking to have at least 4 consultants awarded on to each lot and in order to achieve this we are only allowing each contractor to bid for a maximum of 3 lots in one selected area either North or South.

These projects are likely to include (but will not be limited to) re-roofing work, re-rendering, cladding repairs/replacement, external insulation, window replacements, alteration works, small extensions, upgrades to individual properties or refurbishments to development level. HSHA however, cannot guarantee any spend or any works under this framework. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades may not require services from consultants and may be managed internally by the Association’s maintenance officers if deemed appropriate.
