The ESPD title is ‘Perth and Kinross Council — Early Learning and Childcare — Funded Hours’ and the PQQ number is 4853.
Perth and Kinross Council are using the DPS functionality on PCS-Tender to carry out this process.

The contracting authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason:
Subcontracting is not allowed as part of service delivery.
