How to find the ITT:
— Once logged in you must click on ‘ITT's Open to all Suppliers'.
— The Etender references for this contract are: Project_55513 and ITT_108602.
— Click on the title to access summary details of the contract. If you are still interested in submitting a tender, click the ‘Express an Interest button'. This will move the ITT from the ‘Open to all Suppliers' area to the ‘My ITT's' on the home page.
— You will then see the full details of the ITT in the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes along with any relevant documents in the ‘Attachments' area.
— Tenderers are required to provide responses to:

As part of your submission, bidders will be required to demonstrate their previous approach/experience in delivering Community Benefits and are required to submit a Method Statement in the form of a "Community Benefits Plan" setting out how they will incorporate and deliver "Community Benefits" through this appointment within Blaenau Gwent. Examples of the range of benefits include but are not exhaustive to –
o Targeted Recruitment and Training (including existing workforce and economically inactive)
o Local Supply Chains, including use of social enterprises
o Contributions to education and complimentary activity
o Community Initiatives and activity
o Promoting Environmental Benefits
o Contribution to the Community Investment Fund
