The award decision-makers were:
Donna Chapman, Associate Director, Health & Adults Social Care, Southampton ICU
Tim Nelson, Head of Young People's Services, Southampton City Council
Phil Lovegrove, Commissioner, NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB)
There were no declared actual or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.
The relative importance of the Key Criteria used to make the decision was through Key Criteria ranking as followed:
Joint 1st : Quality and Innovation AND Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability:
2nd: n/a
3rd: Value
4th: Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice:
5th: Social Value
The relative importance of each Key Criteria was established by considering its importance against each of the other criteria in turn.
