Lot 5 – Drainage Items (estimated value £55,000.00 per annum).
Lot 6 – Specialist Tarmac Products (estimated value £60,000.00 per annum).
Lot 7 – Specialist Pedestrian Guard Rails (estimated value £65,000.00 per annum)

The contract initial term is 36 months with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The number of months in Section II.2.7 does not include the extension. Should the extension option be utilised, this would be an additional £65,000 value (4 years - £260000).
