USW requires a partner for Window replacement to blocks S & T Glamorgan Court Accommodation Village, Pontypridd Campus, Treforest. Including replacement of PVC rainwater goods, fascia, soffit and barge. Render Redecoration. (*Not including Velux Rooflights).

Works to include the replacement of windows (*not including Velux rooflights), PVC fascia’s, soffits and rainwater goods and all associated mechanical ventilation covers. Works to include render redecoration.

Undertake a site visit before submitting your response (mandatory requirement). This must be accompanied by USW Estates;

Site visits should be arranged by contacting Ceri Howell, Project Manager (Contact details within Tender Documents;

Provide a sample window as per the tender documents;

Fulfill the requirements of the project in full;

Provide the information as requested in the quality assessment criteria. Robust and full answers must be

provided;

Meet the critical programme deadline;

Hold the relevant level of insurances, as stipulated and provide evidence of.
