The Contract scope includes but is not limited to:
▪ Small, medium and large varied moves
▪ Crate hire and additional packing materials/services.
▪ Planned or unplanned (reactive) moves including out-of-hour services.
▪ Emergency callouts.
▪ Project Management.
▪ Dismantling and reassembly of equipment and /or furniture.
▪ Disposal of confidential waste.
▪ Environmental and or specialist disposal/recycling of surplus. furniture and equipment.
▪ Temporary Storage.
▪ Off-site managed secure storage.
▪ IT competence - basic disconnection.
The initial Contract term is for 24 months with the option to extend this twice up to a maximum term of 48 months.
