Esboniad
The contract has been awarded as a call‑off under the NEPO 211 Framework Agreement, which was procured in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations. The framework was established following a prior call for competition, and only suppliers appointed to the framework are eligible to be awarded call‑off contracts. In accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations, no further publication of a contract notice was required.
