The objective of this Procurement Process will follow the UCR 16 regulations to establish an agreement for the supply and delivery of Ferric Sulphate used for Clean and Wastewater treatment.
• Yorkshire Water are seeking the supply of bulk and packed Ferric Sulphate from supplier(s) covering 25 clean and wastewater sites in the Yorkshire area.

This agreement is valid for an estimated initial period of 2 years, with an option to extend the Agreement on up to 2 occasions up to a maximum total extension period of 4 years.
