We require a flooring contractor to remove, supply and fit new flooring to two schemes namely:
Penhill Close, Cardiff, CF5 1EA
Newlands Court, Station Road, Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5HU
Please note that the proposed works are subject to the statutory Section 20 consultation process with leaseholders. As a result, the programme is dependent on completion of this consultation, and it is therefore anticipated that works are unlikely to commence before July/August. Contractors should factor this indicative timescale into their planning and resource allocation.
