To be appointed to the panel, successful bidders will need to demonstrate a strong background of, in England and Wales: conducting criminal proceedings on behalf of the prosecution; conducting enforcement notice appeals and providing representation at inquests. Specific experience in the field of UK health and safety legislation is essential. To legally practise as a solicitor in England and Wales you must be entered on the Roll of solicitors of England and Wales and hold a current Law Society practising certificate.
