Crynodeb
Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a tenant to deliver catering facilities at the Heritage Café and participate in events coordinated with the Heritage Centre.
The proposed tenant will be expected to sign up to a lease in order to take occupation of the property.
The length of contract will be 3 years with an opportunity to extend for a further 2 years.
The service will operate Tuesday to Friday between 9.15am and 4.30pm all the year, including bank holidays. With the exception of a Christmas Shutdown period from 24th Dec to 2nd Jan. The current average footfall at the centre is approx. 30,000 per year.
The café accommodates approx. 34 covers
