The Board has agreed to undertake a review of the current pay and grading framework for Member Support Staff and Group Staff, to identify any changes required in the short term and to inform the Determination for the Seventh Senedd (for implementation from May 2026).

The main objective of this review will be to gather evidence to review the current framework and associated rules and recommend any changes that may be required for the current Senedd term and for the Seventh Senedd.

The contract will be completed with the production of a final report for presentation to the Board on the 14th March 2024 (with interim conclusions reported on 30th November 2023).

Following the completion of this initial report, the Board may seek to commission independent research for a supplementary exercise to design a new pay and grading framework should one be required for the Seventh Senedd

- Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content (pqq_33438 - Pay and Grading Review of Members’ Support Staff and Group Staff in the Senedd)

- Click the 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the PQQ into your 'My PQQs' page

- Click on the PQQ code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the 'Settings and Buyer Attachments' in the 'Actions' box

- You can now choose to 'Reply' to the PQQ and submit your response

Please note that the Procurement documents will be uploaded into the 'Supplier Attachments' area under 'Settings' for all suppliers to view.
