Moat will be carrying out a market engagement event to assist in understanding the market's approach for the provision of a property maintenance and repairs service to help inform its decision.
This will be an opportunity for suppliers to feedback to Moat Homes in an open forum and supplier participation is key.

Moat Homes Ltd is a leading housing association based in the South East of England
providing quality homes and services. Moat's partnering approach with all contractors and
sub-contractors is essential to deliver a customer-focused service.
Moat currently has a contractual arrangement for responsive repairs and maintenance,
including voids and some additional planned works. The existing contract is due to end
summer of 2025.
As part of this process, we are looking to engage with the contractor market. It is anticipated
that this will provide an opportunity for potential and existing suppliers to offer positive
suggestions for the new contractual arrangements, whilst also enabling us to understand
and promote interest in advance of the commencement of any procurement process.
This PIN notice is for information gathering and market engagement only, this is not a call for competition.

Moat is holding a market engagement session on the morning of 11th June 2024. If you are interested in attending this session, please express your interest by emailing tenders@moat.co.uk no later than midday on Tuesday 4th June 2024.
Please include ME24 – Responsive Repairs & Maintenance, Market Engagement Event as the title of your e-mail. You must clearly state the name of your organisation and job title & contact details for the individuals who will be attending the market engagement and further details will be
provided to you. Organisations are invited to propose no more than three delegates to attend the event.
