NEPO is seeking to renew a Framework Agreement for a Managed Service Provider for Temporary Agency Staffing.
The purpose of this PIN is to inform the marketplace of NEPO's intention to award and to advertise an open invite for future Market Consultation meetings.
Meetings will take place on the 11th June 2024 between 9:00 and 17:00, however NEPO may include additional dates to accommodate interested suppliers. Appointments are for a maximum of 75 minutes and limited to four attendees per supplier. Appointments will be conducted on a one-to-one basis.

It is intended that the replacement Framework Agreement will be awarded to a sole supplier, acting as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the provision of Temporary Agency staff. The MSP will operate as Neutral Vendor.
The MSP will also be able to provide supplementary recruitment services, within scope of the Framework Agreement, as required Contracting Authorities.
It is anticipated that the renewal will establish a MSP for the supply of Temporary Agency Staff, accessed by North East Member Authorities and Associate Members throughout the UK.

Contracting Authorities
NEPO is a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15). This means that NEPO may provide central purchasing activity on behalf of Contracting Authorities.
