This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 22/05/2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR'.

The relative importance of the key criteria that the relevant authority used to make a decision, the rationale for the relative importance of the key criteria, and the rationale for choosing the provider with reference to the key criteria are listed below:
The incumbent provider was assessed against the key and basic criteria and scored by pass/fail. Each criteria was assigned an equal weighting, none more so than the other. It was felt all the criteria was classified as a critical success factor to the Trust, which led to the decision of equal weightings.
