Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is seeking providers to supply & deliver transport services for Education and Social Care. The Authority intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of its Transport Services with suitably qualified operators of Private Hire, Hackney Carriage and PSV/PCV vehicles. The Authority proposes to enter into Contract(s) for periods of 1 to 4 years, dependant on the category of vehicle, with options to extend. Such extensions will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. Lots or routes or a combination of both may be tendered. Suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime. Interested providers are to complete a designated Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) via YORtender. This does not mean the individual contracts will be implemented for the same duration. Lots or individual routes or a combination of both may be tendered. Work on the lots / routes will continue until finalised within the ITT documentation. The Authority proposes to enter into Contract(s) for periods of 1 to 4 years dependant on the category of vehicle, with options to extend. Such extensions will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. Interested providers are to complete a designated Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) via YORtender and register your interest. Only those providers that apply and are successful within the DPS will be invited to the tender stage(s). Approximate service value, 1 500 GBP pa.
